2. Jewelry Creations & Availability

P'Vatore deals exclusively in premium luxury jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, chains, earrings, and branded luxury packaging.

All creations are subject to availability. As an elite boutique, many of our pieces are crafted in limited quantities or made-to-order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of creations we supply, to decline any order, or to discontinue any piece at our sole discretion.

We make every effort to display the colors, gem facets, and metal finishes of our creations with absolute precision. However, due to natural stone variations and screen calibration, slight differences may occur.

3. Pricing, Payments & Orders

All prices displayed on our retail storefront are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate (18% for Malta, or dynamically adjusted based on your country's tax jurisdiction). Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges and international dynamic tax adjustments are clearly calculated and presented at checkout.

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and secure express payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). All transactions are encrypted via SSL. We do not store financial credentials.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to verify, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized commercial resale, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

Our Dispatch service utilizes standard global transit. Delivery timelines are 3 to 7 business days for Europe & North America, and 7 to 15 business days for the rest of the world.

Any custom-engraved pieces or pierced earrings are subject to strict hygiene and security guidelines:

• Pierced earrings and custom-engraved pieces can only be returned if their official security seals remain entirely unbroken and attached.
• Standard creations must be returned unworn and in their original packaging (pouches, branded boxes, and protective flannel packaging intact) within 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including designs, jewelry concepts, photography, graphics, logos, and copywriting, is the exclusive intellectual property of the House of P'Vatore. Any unauthorized replication, commercial reuse, or reproduction of our proprietary assets is strictly prohibited and protected by global trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall the House of P'Vatore, its directors, or its master artisans be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our creations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the House of P'Vatore's headquarters, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
