The P'Vatore Return Policy

Most jewelry creations purchased on our online store can be returned within **14 days** of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original, unworn condition, and returned in their original, fully intact packaging (including the branded gift box and protective outer packaging).

Please note: Due to security and hygiene regulations, custom-engraved creations and pierced earrings can only be returned if the security seal remains unbroken and attached.

Prepare Your Package

Place your jewelry piece carefully back inside its original custom-branded gift box and protective outer packaging. Ensuring all components are securely packed protects the precious materials during transit.

Ship Your Return

Our support team will guide you on the return dispatch coordinates and methods. Securely label your package and drop it off with a trackable mail carrier of your choice. We strongly advise retaining your tracking receipt as proof of dispatch.

Exchanges

As a boutique online experience, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or alternative design, we recommend returning your original purchase for a full refund and placing a new order on our website.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our dispatch center, it will undergo careful inspection by our quality assurance specialists. Approved returns will be refunded immediately.
